Richard Eyestone, Director

With an impressive background in sales and product management, Mr. Eyestone sits on the board of several high-tech start-up companies. Mr. Eyestone served as senior vice president of product and market management and vice president of U.S. sales for Bay Networks. Before his Bay Networks tenure, he held various sales and product management roles at several firms including Wellfleet, PictureTel and Masscomp.

David L. Riegel, Director

David L. Riegel is Chairman of the Board of Crossroads. Mr. Riegel has served as a member of the board of directors since November 1997. From November 1992 to September 1997, Mr. Riegel served as Chief Operating Officer of Exabyte Corporation. Mr. Riegel has also served on the board of directors of Bolder Technologies Corporation, an energy technology company involved in the development of rechargeable battery systems, since May 1992. Mr. Riegel holds a B.S.E.E. from Purdue University.

William Mansfield, Director

Mr. Mansfield has served as Director with many companies, including holding board seats with Crossroads Systems Inc. (CRDS), where he served as chairman of the audit committee and designated financial expert, as well as McData Corporation and Monterey Telecommunications Technology. Until 2000, Mr. Mansfield was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Amdahl Corporation, a subsidiary of Fujitsu Ltd. Prior to joining Amdahl, Mr. Mansfield was Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer at SpectraLink Corporation, where he led the company through a successful IPO in April 1996. Before SpectraLink, he held executive management positions with OneComm Corporation (which was acquired by Nextel Corporation) and PrairieTek Corporation. Mr. Mansfield earned his B.A. degree from Georgetown University (1967) and his MBA from Boston College (1973).
