Jeff Finn, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Finn joined eSoft in 1998 and is responsible for the company's direction and vision. Finn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and has over 20 years experience in high-tech, telecom and software. Prior to joining eSoft, Finn was Senior Vice President of Evolving Systems and helped to oversee the transition of Evolving Systems into a market leading position for Local Number Portability solutions. Previously, Finn co-founded Prairie Systems, an innovator in interactive voice and data solutions for the telecom industry. Finn also held a senior position at Applied Communications, Inc., the pioneer in EFT banking systems, where he led the efforts to start the ACI Telecom group. Finn started his career with IBM.

Jason Rollings, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Rollings has been eSoft’s Vice President of Operations since October of 1997. His 25 years of Operations Management and Corporate Infrastructure experience in the Electronics and Computer industries includes Director of Operations at Amcodyne, a Colorado based Disk Drive Manufacturer, Director of Manufacturing at Hi-Tech Manufacturing, a printed circuit board and computer subcontract manufacturer, Division Director at Micro Motion and Director of Operations at Codar Technology Inc., a military computer manufacturer. He has been recognized for his superb internal process development, control and infrastructure improvement within the industry.

Tim Olson, Director of Finance and Accounting

Olson has been with eSoft since 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, acquiring significant expertise in cash management, financial reporting, royalty and subscription revenue recognition, as well as financial forecasting. He oversees all of the Company’s finance functions, including tax, financial planning, treasury, audit and accounting. Prior to eSoft, Olson worked at CCLI for 13 years and was instrumental in bringing them to profitability. He graduated from Western Business College and also attended Clark College and Washington State University.

Jim DiFronzo, Vice President of Engineering

Jim DiFronzo joined the eSoft team with the acquisition of Apexx Technology in 1999. He has over 10 years of experience in the network infrastructure industry and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University. His recent experience includes gathering market requirements from customers, teaming with vendors to achieve product goals, managing engineering teams to develop innovative solutions and delivering products to market.

Patrick Walsh, Director of Product Management and Marketing

Patrick Walsh joined the eSoft team in 2005 as a Senior Design Engineer. He has over 10 years of experience in computer security and software development and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine. His experiences as an entrepreneur and as the manager of eSoft's Threat Prevention Team make him uniquely qualified to manage and market eSoft's product line.
