Mandatory Update Notice for SiteFilter

Any customers using SiteFilter or the Web ThreatPak need to make sure they have updated their unit software to at least version 5.0.20101206. The update must be performed prior to January 31st to ensure continued proper functionality of SiteFilter.

You can check your software version under System Information in the Overview tab of the ThreatMonitor to ensure your system is updated and running the the latest version of software. The current software version is 5.0.20110603.
 

To download and install the latest software version use one of the following methods:

• ThreatMontior Overview tab
  1. Select ThreatMonitor from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Check Now button in the upper-right corner.
     
     
     
      
  3. Once the software updates have downloaded you can install immediately or schedule the install for a later time.
     
     
      

• SoftPak Director: Enabled
  1. Select SoftPak Director from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Check Now button in the upper-right corner.
     
     
     
     
  3. Once the software updates have downloaded you can install immediately or schedule the install for a later time.
