Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will also take a number of tasks assigned by the Production Manager,
including but not necessarily limited to production statistics and team building activity.

The Position

The Production Supervisor will work closely together with the Production Manager and Management Team to
ensure that all assigned tasks are smoothly and professionally handled.

Responsibilities

Production Assurance:

  • Undertake work planning in cooperation with the other Supervisors of Photo, 3D and 2D floor plan team and the Production Manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Distribute, monitor and ensure that the production sheets are being filled in.
  • Ensure the quality control, internal and customer’s communication processes are in place.
  • Make sure that edited photos upon approval should be uploaded within the agreed timeframe.
  • Propose production milestones and targets for the in-charge team aligned with the existing business contract requirements.
  • Allocate qualified and relevant staff for an immediate mission or new production projects; support the implementation processes and ensure the output quality for new products/clients.

Administration and Monitoring:

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the team members and other colleagues when needed.
  • Support and coordinate with the training plan for editors on the IT-based production system as well as the quality for processing products.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of a quality control system and norms.
  • Monitor and provide coaching/support to the Team Leader.

Team Management:

  • Take responsibility for the production coordination of the in-charge team.
  • Monitor the production flow and performance of the photo editing team assigned as well as its individual members and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Initiate and head meetings with the team members on a regular basis.
  • Monthly conduct performance evaluation of the team members in collaboration with the Production Manager.
  • Ensure the discipline and a clean and tidy working environment of the team members during the working shifts.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Closely communicate with editors, QA Management and Production Manager as well as the Management team on a regular basis to support works required and the company development.

Others:

  • Other tasks as deemed necessary and assigned.

Qualifications

Gender: Female/male above 26 years.
Education: Relevant university/college degree, preferably in graphics, architecture, finance/economics or computer
software.
Languages: Good English for communication in both written and oral form. Fluent in Vietnamese.
Experience:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a management or leadership position.
  • Experience in working with European clients is a clear advantage.
  • Experience in production or manufacturing working environment is another advantage.
  • Experience in quality controlling process is also a plus.

  • A professional mindset with an eye for detail and demonstrate knowledge of the quality assurance aspect in the production

  • Good management and leadership skills in order to lead and work with, in particular the team of editors.
