As Senior Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for our talent acquisition including implementing recruitment activities for both Production & Non-Production departments in Hanoi, support to build up headcount plan, prepare and manage recruitment budget for cost efficiency hereunder annual recruitment plan including managing our rolling forecast adjustments. You will furthermore work with our recruitment procedures/methods to ensure they stay relevant to market changes and talent acquisition trends.
We expect you to continuously develop our collaboration with vocational schools/centers, universities, headhunters, and strengthen our presence on online forums in order to build relationships, talent pools and general preparedness to fill recruitment needs in the right quantities, right time and with the right people.
You will act as HRBP and work closely with departments to understand the need and change in manpower, analysis and propose methods to optimize recruitment activities: job fairs, school/training cooperations to ensure fast and efficient recruitment actions. You will coordinate with our technical development department and training executive to build up test bank, selection methods to increase recruitment quality.
You also coordinate with our corporate communication executive to update our fan page to develop our company branding and promote recruitment activities.
We are looking for a person with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional recruitment position, and a successful track record in implementing and recruiting for large organizations as well as proven skills in locating and attracting talent for expert and management positions.
Preferably, you have experience from working in FMCG fields/production with a large number of employees. You have excellent English skills and an international mindset.
