Organization Development Team Leader

About the job

We are searching for a talented team leader who will be responsible for organization & learning development.

You will:

  • Support HRM to review department organization and be responsible for planning, coaching, and consulting with teams and individuals who need help solving organizational challenges.
  • Manage teams to implement the CDP (Career Development Plan) & LDP (Learning development Plan) programs and recommend training and development systems.
  • Coordinate with other teams (Recruitment, C&B,…) to ensure effective communication and engaging people.

Who are you?

Most important proficiency:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in the Human resource management field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in organization development or related position
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Good at time management, planning, organizing and managing work
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Good interviewing skills
  • Dedicated, hard-working and flexible when it comes to working hours
  • The ability to multi-task and the ability to handle to projects at the same time

Nice to have-skills:

  • The ability to analyze data and statistical information
  • Advanced knowledge of labour law
  • People management experience
