Hello from Hanoi

At Esoft, we take social responsibility more seriously than most companies. Our office in Hanoi is consistently referred to as the benchmark for companies operating in Asia by the Royal Danish Embassy.

As of November 1, 2017, 31% of our staff in Hanoi are women, while 11% are disabled or disadvantaged. We continue our dedication to surpass our goals, aiming to increase those numbers to 35% and 15%, respectively.
Over the past few years, we have participated in many training and job creation activities for various disabled and disadvantaged groups.

• In the period from 2010 to 2013, we provided Photoshop and Illustrator training to more than 100 former sex workers and offered jobs to 15 of them.

• We collaborate with a local NGO, Will to Live; the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA); and the Hanoi Association for People with Disabilities to provide job training and job opportunities for people with disabilities.

• We have adopted a set of Business Ethics Principles that guides the way we operate our business.

• We are an active member of the Global Compact Initiative under the United Nations.
